Our shipping/handling and return policies are listed below.
Timeliness:
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day after we receive them. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery when using Ground based service.
Costs:
Exact quotes for shipping costs are given during the checkout process.
All shipping costs are actual posted USPS and UPS "daily pickup" rates from Cincinnati Ohio, 45246 to your shipping address.
A $2.50 handling fee to cover packaging costs is added to the shipping cost of each order.
International:
We can ship to Canada through UPS Canada Standard which is a ground service with great rates.
For other locations outside the United States we can ship most items except pet electronics which can get held up in customs.
To prevent delays, if possible make sure your Paypal shipping address is "Confirmed" before placing any International orders.
Returns Policy and Procedure
- To request a Return Authorization Number, please Contact Us.
- All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, the customer has 30 days to return the item(s) at the customer's expense.
- All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components.
- Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned to the customer at the customers expense with no credit issued.
- Once the return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase.
- Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
- All items are also subject to a 10% restocking fee, except for Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Ramps, Pet Gates, Doggie Dooley, Crates, Kennels, Booster Bath, Exercise Pens, and Pet Strollers which are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Only physical products can be returned; virtual downloadable products are not eligible for refund.
