The Brazilian Mastiff is a bloodhound/mix. A very interesting combination indeed; These are mastiffs who also have some of the traits of the bloodhound. A Rottweiler is an ancient, noble breed that is thought to have originated with the Roman Army trying to create an all-purpose dog.
