In the fall of 2000 my wife and I went to Florida to see if we wanted to live there. While I was there I started working as a Night Mgr./M’aitre D at a hotel in Palm Beach. I worked nights so my wife was lonely and decided she needed a pet. She did this without my knowing. You can imagine my surprise waking up one morning and hearing barking. I said to myself that doesn’t sound like Cydne (my wife).

She(Cyd) had adopted Dalmatian/springer mix, but she had all the appearance of a springer. At first she didn’t seem to like me and found that to be true of all males.When I investigated further Gabrielle (that was her name now) fended for herself on the streets in Florida for over a 1 1/2 years. Somebody must have thrown something at her like a rock or stick and broke one of her ankles. She must have looked for food in those trash barrels to survive and knocked a few of them over. That angered the trash men and I assume that is how she got the injury.

Six months had passed and we wanted to go back to Maine. Of course we brought Gabby with us and she became Cyd’s close friend. Wherever Cyd was there was Gabby. Almost like her shadow. We had solved Palm Beach and wanted out of Dodge. Also, Christmas without snow was not Christmas for us. We had nine great years with Gabby and she seemed to enjoy the winters more.

Gabby did not take to me right away, but I controlled the food and she was anything but stupid. I was her best friend after Cydne. No matter how hungry she got Cyd was always number one.

Pets know no other way to give love than unconditionally and Gabby was no different. What a wonderful world this would be if we all had that same attitude. No wars, no hunger, no homeless, etc. Having said that I believe most pet owners treat there animals the same way.

Last July we brought Gabrielle her to the vets. She had a constant cough, but the vet didn’t know what it was. she also had problems with hind legs. At the time I was a distributor for a MLM . They had a product that increased your own stem cells by up to 30%. They had a supplement for animals which I gave to Gabby. The cough subsided, but hind legs were much better.

The cough became impossible this November and we surmised she had a form of cancer. This made it very hard for us to make a decision and we probably procrastinated. Thinking of ourselves and waited too long. We couldn’t stand the idea of losing her.

Gabrielle is gone now and is at peace. They say if you dream you have a soul. Gabby dreamt often. I believe in reincarnation and now she can come back as a human being and teach people “how to love Unconditionally.” Wouldn’t Network Marketing be easy if we just had a goal of helping people get healthy.

My loss for Gabby cannot be described. I had nobody to walk me this morning or to help me eat my breakfast. Left to my own I didn’t do very well. Can we all make a decision to give unconditional love a chance and help other people? Network Marketing is a good vehicle to do just that. Are you ready?
